About the Role:

A dynamic and experienced Change Manager is required to lead and drive AI adoption programs within an established FMCG company. This role will focus on managing the transition to AI-centric product initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and scaling across teams. You will lead the charge in business transformation, integrating AI technologies seamlessly into business processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI Adoption Initiatives: Manage and execute AI-related change programs, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of scaling and growth.
• Develop Communication Strategies: Design and deploy communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transition process.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Work alongside leadership teams to align change strategies with business objectives, especially in the development of AI-driven products.
• Training and Awareness: Facilitate training programs to help teams adapt to AI-driven systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring all staff are well-prepared for the transition.
• Change Management Strategy: Tailor and implement change management strategies that focus on AI adoption and scaling, fostering cultural transformation where necessary.
• Provide Leadership Support: Offer guidance to leadership throughout complex transitions, equipping them with tools and frameworks to effectively manage AI integration.
• Promote Continuous Learning: Cultivate an environment of innovation and ongoing learning as AI capabilities evolve across the business.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven Change Management Expertise: Strong experience in leading change initiatives, particularly in AI-driven transformations and technology adoption.
• Deep Knowledge of AI Technologies: In-depth understanding of AI technologies and their impact on business operations and product strategies.
• Experience in Leading Large-Scale Change Programs: Successful track record of leading large-scale change programs with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership and influencing skills, capable of engaging and driving adoption across diverse teams.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to implementing effective change solutions.
• Experience in Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to develop and execute change management plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments and deliver impactful results under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Change Management: (eg, Prosci, ACMP).
• Industry Experience: Background in the FMCG sector, particularly in AI-driven product development.
• Advanced Degree: In Business, Technology, or related fields.
