Key Responsibilities:

Consulting Phase

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct market research and business process analysis to identify areas for digital transformation and improvement.
• Present strategic recommendations and roadmaps to C-level executives, driving business and digital outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Delivery Phase

• Lead customer-centric digital product development, managing the product backlog based on customer feedback and market insights.
• Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions that meet business goals.
• Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Other Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth of our consulting practice with go-to-market strategies and thought leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

What We are Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, digital transformation, or new product development.
• Industry Experience: Proven background in key sectors like energy, automotive, agriculture, supply chain, trading, or corporate functions.
• Data Project Experience: Hands-on experience with data-driven projects, even if it's just 1-2 projects. You should be able to quickly pick up data initiatives and work with data platforms from a process perspective (not necessarily a data analytics expert).
• Technology Expertise: Familiarity with Data & AI, CX, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Intelligent Automation is essential.
• Skills: Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (eg, Jira, Confluence).
• Adaptability: Ability to seamlessly move between roles and adapt to various situations, especially in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Eligibility: Eligible to work in the UK with the willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
