We are currently looking for a SAP HCM PY Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - cand remote - April/May 2025

Background:

The client is planning to update and harmonize their payroll system landscape. On one hand, the SAP HCM on-premise system landscape needs updating due to the expiration of SAP support, and on the other hand, the benefits of a centralized system should be leveraged.

Responsibilities:

SAP HCM PY (Payroll) - Re-design, configuration/customizing
SAP HCM Payroll consulting - country specifics: UK, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic
Support the departments in data and system analysis for the target countries
Support testing of the European Payroll Template

Skills required:

Extensive experience in SAP HCM PY consulting (all project phases)
Extensive experience in SAP HCM PT customizing and realization, process redesign
Specific SAP PY (payroll) country expertise (UK or Netherlands, Slovakia, Czech Republic)

Project language: Fluent English (mandatory), German beneficial

Start date: 21st April 2025
Duration: 12 months with an extension option
Availability: 4-5 days per week

Location: Remote, with 3 days per month on-site in Bonn
