Credit Controller - Hertfordshire

Are you a numbers-savvy professional with a passion for keeping finances in check? A leading energy utilities provider is on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team!

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing domestic customer accounts, processing changes of tenancy, negotiating payment plans, setting up Direct Debits, taking payments over the phone, and performing other account-related tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experienced Credit Controller required
• Customer service skills advantageous
• Experience in Debt Collection and managing Debtors
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector is a plus
