Service Desk Engineer - On-site

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is on-site 5 days per week.

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary, as well as a brilliant benefits package including bonus, commission pay, annual leave, pension scheme, on-site parking any many more perks!

Service Desk Engineer - Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS - Must
  • First Line Support
  • Incident Management
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Network Support
  • Communication - both internal and external
