Requirements
* Develop and execute merchandise plans based on sales trends and market insights
* Manage and drive your own business/category
* Analyze sales data to forecast demand and identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with buying, merchandising and allocation to optimize product assortment
* Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to maximize stock efficiency
* Manage and plan demand, including sales forecasts and open-to-buy plans
* Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales
* Plan to sell inventory effectively to maximize profitability
* Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in merchandising planning, retail planning, or a similar role
* Retail project experience with knowledge of retail metrics.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (eg, Excel, Tableau)
* Experience with Weekly Stock and Sell planning
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong commercial acumen
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Ability to work independently and manage your own projects and business

* Duration: 6months + with extensions
