Are you an SAP professional with a passion for problem-solving and system optimisation? We're looking for an experienced SAP Application Support Engineer to join our team as we complete the rollout of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and move into long-term support and innovation.
This is a key role in ensuring the ERP platform runs smoothly, users are supported effectively, and the system evolves in line with business needs and best practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, addressing both functional and technical user issues.
- Act as the first and second line of support, handling access, configuration, and troubleshooting queries.
- Monitor system health and performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure integrated, efficient ERP operations.
- Promote the adoption of SAP Best Practices to reduce complexity and technical debt.
- Assist in communicating new SAP releases and process optimisation opportunities.
- Support additional business applications as part of the wider IT service delivery team.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA support or administration (Public Cloud preferred).
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, user support, and issue resolution.
- Confident working with system monitoring tools and managing incidents effectively.
- Clear communicator with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-starter able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to documentation and process improvement.
