We're on the lookout for a highly experienced Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join us on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex ER cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
  • Provide expert advice to the people leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and company policies, and activities are completed in line with our values and risk appetite
  • Produce high level documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates to records.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a high-volume ER case management role, leading on complex ER cases and change management
  • Confident advising and influencing all levels from employees to senior leadership
  • Ability to assess risk, manage volume, work with pace and proactivity
  • High proficiency in legal & regulatory knowledge
  • Strong influencing & negotiation skills
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent

This Position will operate as a Inside IR35 Contract and would require at least 2 days a week in the office in Cambridge
