Application Support Analyst/Engineer (Azure, Databricks, SQL) - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end application support for cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services, APIs, SQL databases, and data pipelines.

• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to optimize application performance.

• Work with Databricks to manage and support data solutions.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to support troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Engage with stakeholders in a customer-facing capacity, providing clear communication and issue resolution.

• Continuously improve support processes, automation, and system reliability.

Key Requirements:

? 5-6+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
? Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
? Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering principles.
? Hands-on experience with Databricks and data pipelines.
? Proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
? A high-energy, customer-facing approach, with strong communication skills.
