I am looking for a Senior and experienced Senior SCCM Engineer to join a fast paced M&A programme.
You will be an integral part of the Endpoint and Collaboration team, design, planning and adopting into business-as-usual support for multiple on premise SCCM instances and distribution points across multiple countries. After the initial adoption there will be further integration plans, including windows 11 imaging.
IT IS ESSENTIAL that you have worked on the installation, configuration and deployment of SCCM from scratch in a high availability environment. This is not a patching or BAU role.
You will need to demonstrate recent SCCM projects (within the last two years) and have extensive PowerShell Scripting experience.
You will play a key role in documenting the as-is design as well as future plans, becoming the SME for SIs, internal teams, country representatives and the business yo ensure all technical changes are delivered and tested in line with design and expectations. You will be mentoring and coaching endpoint team members in the acquired business, driving the teams forward and supporting the roll out of future cyber and infrastructure agents.
Manage the build of the new SCCM master Servers and copy of applications and config across and reconnection of countries to the new environments.
Manage the testing process of applications and new distribution points as they come online
