The Role
As our first in-house Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. In the short term, you'll work alongside our external development partner to ensure a smooth transition. Longer term, you'll take full ownership of development, bringing new features to life and enhancing our existing platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining high-quality applications using Microsoft .NET and SQL Server.
- Enhancing Front End components with JavaScript and jQuery.
- Managing and optimising infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Working on integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborating with our small but dynamic team to shape the future of the product.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) and ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures).
- A proactive mindset, keen to take ownership and drive improvements.
- (Nice to have) Experience with Microsoft Azure, XML/XSLT, WCAG principles, and UX/UI best practices.
