Your expertise

You will have:

• At least 6 years experience designing user-centred digital products and enterprise applications, ideally in the financial services sector.
• A strong portfolio and a user-centred design process that you can present and articulate clearly
• Experience conducting detailed user research and working closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain the rationale behind your design solutions
• Demonstrable strategic thinking on client projects and experience running creative workshops withing continuous design sprints
• Experience with agile methodologies and integrating design with product delivery teams
• An obsessive attention-to-detail in everything you do, from storytelling and clarity of communication through to detailed wireframes and prototypes
• Knowledge and experience working in Figma to an advanced level
