A dynamic team is looking for a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to maintain and develop integrations between Workday and other internal systems via Azure. The role combines hands-on technical work with cloud, automation, and secure data transfer solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connector, PICOF/PEIC, API, Studio)

• Handle transformations using XSLT

• Deploy and maintain integrations on Azure Cloud

• Apply DevOps practices (eg, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring)

• Configure and manage MFT (Managed File Transfer) flows

• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for integrations

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations

• Solid hands-on with Azure services

• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong API and REST service knowledge

• Familiarity with MFT protocols and systems

• Strong communicator and team player

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead integration projects
