I'm working with a global banking client who are looking to bring on an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their Markets Program Management Team. This critical role will be instrumental in driving regulatory control remediation initiatives, ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of regulatory texts to assess business impact and develop strategic requirements
  • Propose innovative remediation actions to address control gaps and enhance organizational control frameworks
  • Validate and meticulously review documentation and controls provided by business units and functional teams
  • Coordinate and manage working group documentation, including drafting minutes and tracking action items
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive collaborative problem-solving

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis or Project Management within a banking environment
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations, with specific expertise in MiFIR/MiFID, Risk & Controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • This is a Belfast based opportunity and therefore you will need to be on site in Belfast 3 days a week.
