We are hiring for Programme Director - Digital Defence Transformation/Modernisation (ERP/Oracle Fusion)

Location: Hybrid - London or Bristol

• Should have proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP implementations and driving significant organizational change/Transformation
• Strong expertise in full operating model transformation, encompassing policy, process, organizational, and system changes, centered on the implementation ERP across the Defence organization, impacting HR, Finance, and Commercial functions
• Extensive experience as a Programme Director, leading large and complex programmes, with a proven track record of successful delivery
• Significant experience working within the government sector, with a deep understanding of government processes and regulations. Defence sector experience is highly desirable
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of ERP concepts and life cycles. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion
