IT Business Analyst

A leading financial organization is looking for an IT Business Analyst to drive the development of payment and cash management solutions. Your expertise in financial institutions, payment service providers (PSPs), and broker-dealers will be key in translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, and other Analysts to ensure seamless implementation.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for financial institution (FI) payment and cash management products.
• Oversee integration testing and troubleshoot potential system issues post-implementation.
• Identify risks and provide continuous improvements across global teams.

• Proven experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or broker-dealers.
• Strong knowledge of FI payments and cash management solutions (T2, RTGS, CLS Nostro, SCT, SDD, etc.).
• Understanding of Swift Messaging (MT/MX), ISO 20022 migration, and multi-currency clearing.
• Familiarity with payment processing models, transactional FX, and payment & collection solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and strong stakeholder management skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, "make it happen" attitude.
