Technical Product Owner/Solution Consultant - CSDM

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the CSDM strategy and roadmap.

  • Define data model requirements and Master Data Architecture.

  • Design products using the Advanced Product Catalog for Sales & Order Management.

  • Ensure data integrity across the platform.

  • Provide technical guidance on data modelling.

  • Conduct audits and updates of the CSDM.

  • Manage integrations with ServiceNow and third-party systems.

  • Create Low-Level Design Documentation and estimate implementation.

  • Oversee upgrades (docs review, impact analysis, testing).

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow CSDM (CSA & CIS CMDB/CSDM certified).

  • Strong experience with CSDM implementations.

  • Knowledge of data modelling, architecture, and governance.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience mapping Customer Services to Advanced Product Catalog & Sales/Order Management.
