I'm working with a leading technology consultancy that supplies innovative solutions to financial services organisations. They are seeking a talented AV & Collaboration Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor CUCM and Webex systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide Level 1-3 remote support for AV, CUCM, and Webex environments.
• Offer in-person support for Webex-enabled rooms and CUCM/Webex project work.
• Resolve incidents aligned with SLA priorities, escalating to vendors or internal contacts as required.
• Configure and manage Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, and Room Devices.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, including troubleshooting call quality and admin settings.
• Administer Webex Control Hub and provide hybrid collaboration support (CUCM, Webex, Teams).
• Design and deploy AV systems for meeting rooms and large conference spaces.
• Configure video systems (HD displays, projectors, video walls, HDMI/HDBaseT distribution).
• Manage IP-based AV systems, including VLANs, QoS, and AV traffic optimisation.

Skills & qualifications:

• Advanced CUCM and Webex administration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proven delivery with Webex Meetings, Calling, Room Devices, and Teams integration.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP trunking, and Cisco Expressway.
• Hands-on experience with modern meeting room technology and Cisco/Teams hardware.
• Confident in delivering end-user training and driving Webex adoption.
• Cisco Webex Certification (Devices)
• Microsoft Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms Certification
• CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (AV networking)
