Guidewire Integration Lead

As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead, you will provide technical leadership for a major Guidewire transformation program, managing the Integration workstream and ensuring alignment with project plans. You will configure and customize the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform for customer implementations and mentor the team on integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solutions for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
• Lead the Configuration workstream and track project progress.
• Develop operations for system interfaces, data flows, APIs, and integration Middleware.
• Establish CI/CD processes for Guidewire implementations.
• Define tooling strategies and identify non-functional objectives aligned with business requirements.
• Create and modify rules and rulesets.
• Develop Java and GOSU code based on system requirements.

Key Skills

• ACE Certified/Professional Certified Configurator.
• Experience in Guidewire implementations as an Integrator.
• At least one role as Integration Lead in a Guidewire ClaimCenter project.
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience managing global delivery teams.
• Ability to act as a technical mentor.
