Programme Director - Oracle Fusion Implementation - 12 month contract - SC clearance

I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Programme Director based in London with travel to other UK sites as required. Due to the nature and urgency of the role, candidates with active SC clearance will be preferred.
You will lead a critical Oracle Fusion implementation, including a full operating model transformation for a key government department. This high-profile programme involves policy, process, organisation, and IT changes, with a focus on implementing Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation with focus on HR/Finance & Commercial modules
• Manage a small team within the central portfolio area.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills and Criteria:

• Extensive experience in government or defence sectors with active SC clearance preferred
• Proven ERP implementation experience, preferably Oracle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• End-to-end Transformation experience and ability to manage large, complex environments.
• Desirable: PRINCE2, MSP Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM qualifications.
