Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £650/day (Inside IR35)
A London-based local authority is seeking an experienced Civica OPENRevenues Consultant to lead the implementation and optimisation of the system within their Revenues and Benefits department.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of OPENRevenues, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Work closely with the council's Revenues & Benefits team to configure and optimise the system.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring compliance with local authority regulations.

Provide training and support to users to maximise system efficiency.
-
Offer strategic advice on best practices and process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in implementing and configuring OPENRevenues within a local authority.
-
Strong knowledge of Council Tax, Business Rates (NNDR), and Benefits administration.

Experience working inside IR35 contracts within UK public sector organisations.

Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in training, testing, and post-implementation support.
