For our client, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Python Developer to help build, enhance, and support the client's internal digital services platform.

Project description

Python and react development service is required on an experienced level with the goal to help build, enhance, and support the client's internal digital services platform. This platform empowers the members of the company to develop, deploy, and operate internal business services with low to medium availability, promoting agility and ease of use.

Tasks/service description
* Develop and enhance python & react applications using our internal templates.
* Maintain and improve python & react packages used within the platform.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to align development with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
* Ensure smooth platform operations by prioritising incident fixing and standard requests.
* Promote transparency and the inner source approach within the development community.
* Provide necessary services that are required to enable internal stakeholders using the clients platform.
* Ensure independently that the deployment platform the client uses is operational, as well as maintain existing templates and implement new ones.

Skills:
* At least 5 years of experience coding with Python and React/Type Script
* Proven track record of working as a consultant/mentor for other developers
* Worked with FastAPI, Pydantic as well as common modern Python libraries
* 3 years of experience with testing libraries and methodologies
* 3 years of experience working with SQL databases
* 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes and Helm Charts (Open-Shift experience is a plus)
* 1 year experience with setting up and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
* Energy industry know-how is an advantage,
* Experience working with Databricks and/or LLMs are a plus
* Fluent in English (C1), German (at least B1)

* Start: April/May
* Duration: 12 months (+extension)
* Location: Remote/few days in Berlin
* Capacity: 3-5 days per week
