We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager/Lead with a strong background in supply chain and ideally pharmaceutical distribution to drive the testing strategy and execution for our key technology project in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the test strategy, coordinating test activities, working closely with vendors, business teams, and technical teams to develop a robust test strategy, and ensuring smooth execution through all test cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the test strategy for supply chain and pharma distribution solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements, and incorporating establish business tools and technologies.
• Develop a detailed test plan, outlining test phases, milestones, and dependencies.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to gather testing requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-to-end test cycles (System, Integration, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing) ensuring quality and compliance, using specified test systems.
• Establish and coordinate stage gates and sign-off criteria to ensure controlled progression through test phases, using approved criteria.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between different workstreams and ensure all integrations are thoroughly tested.
• Monitor test execution, defect tracking, and resolution, ensuring defects are managed effectively with clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical distribution systems.
• Provide regular test status reports to project leadership, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve test processes and define test strategies where applicable.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in supply chain and ideally pharmaceutical/FMCG distribution systems testing.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and tools such as Jira, HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transport Management Systems) in the pharma/FMCG distribution domain.
• Proven record of managing multiple testing cycles across complex integrated environments.
• Strong vendor management experience to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of test artifacts.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA, MHRA) and validation testing for pharma distribution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in test automation frameworks and strategies (desirable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• ISTQB Certification (desirable but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 8+ years of testing experience with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead role within supply chain/FMCG/pharma distribution.

Hybrid role - Fluent Spanish and English is must - must be a tax resident of Spain
