AI Manager

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an AI Manager with experience integrating Analytics & AI Strategies for large regulated organisations. This role will focus on shaping AI strategy and direction in the organisation.

Location -2 days per week in Warwickshire

Duration - 6 months initial contract

Day Rate - £650 - £750 per day Inside IR35

Role responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with senior stakeholders to build upon existing work and agree on the strategic direction for accelerating Analytics & AI adoption
• Shaping AI Hub and creation of AI Playbook
• Provide strategic oversight, ensuring continued engagement, clear communication, and alignment across the Analytics & Data Science teams
• Support the embedding of Analytics & AI approach into BAU ways of working
• Shape deliverables to demonstrate tangible business benefits and value of AI usage
• Regular stakeholder communication and meetings

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and integrating Analytics & AI strategies.
• Strong leadership, strategic oversight, and effective stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in working within a heavily regulated environment.
