Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge of SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP AFS or a similar ERP solution in an IT or business-facing role.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is a plus.
• A good understanding of SAP AFS modules, including production orders, bill-of-material, bill-of-labour, inventory, and procurement.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in data quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid working environment.
• Mandatory knowledge of written and spoken French and English.
