Client Relationship Executive

Lynx is currently working with an Independent financial advice firm that is looking to hire a Client Relationship Executive.

This role will involve assessing leads from various channels, answering incoming calls, prompt contact with new leads, building strong relationships with new advisors, reaching out to prospects and more.

Relevant skills & Knowledge:

  • Confident on the telephone, polite and engaging
  • Ability to maintain a basic understanding of technical knowledge required for the role
  • Understand how to provide complaint guidance to clients, in line with the firms compliance manual and procedures
  • Professional and positive, strong verbal and written communication skills

Benefits:

  • Salary £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Flexi hours
  • Hybrid working - 3 days a week in office
