Salesforce Developer, Experience Cloud, SFDC, Lightning, Apex, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud

Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Salesforce Developer with strong stakeholder management skills to join our client on a permanent basis. This is a business facing role and requires collaboration with key stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

This role will focus on developing and enhancing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications, ensuring solutions are high performing and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions including Lightning Components, Apex coding, Visualforce pages and Process Builders
• Lead the delivery of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless customer and business interactions
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and document new integrations, data flows and system enhancements
• Follow Salesforce best practices to optimise performance, security and scalability
• Provide support for UAT, deployment and post-go-live troubleshooting.

Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (Must-have)
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Strong technical expertise in Lightning Components, Apex coding, Process Builders, Visualforce, Batch Processing and Salesforce Data Models
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - ability to work with business teams, translate technical concepts and influence decisions
• Experience with Agile methodology & SCRUM Framework
• Financial Services Cloud experience is a plus, but not essential

This role can be primarily remote but must be open to travelling to the office when required.
