Amass Technology are looking for a Release Train Engineer for a 12 month freelance position. Role can be done predominately remotely in the UK with occasional onsite trips required in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ART ceremonies, including PI Planning and System Demos.

• Coordinate dependencies across Agile teams.

• Coach teams on SAFe principles and Agile best practices.

• Identify and resolve impediments and risks.

• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an RTE in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean-Agile principles.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
