Leading Investment Management firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Architect/Process Engineer who has a proven track record of analysing, designing, and optimising business processes. Hybrid working model (3 days City/2 days WFH)

Because the main purpose of this role is to strengthen effectiveness, improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance overall performance of their private investment management operating model, we are only able to consider applicants with recent experience working for another Investment Manager (ideally to include Private Markets Operations as well).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and should have exposure to one (or ideally both) of the enterprise architecture tools, Ardoq and/or ShiftX.

This role involves facilitating process management discussions, documenting and optimising workflows, and ensuring the efficient use of enterprise architecture of Ardoq as their preferred process management tool.

The successful applicant will

Facilitate process management sessions to identify, analyse, and improve business processes.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document new processes and procedures or enhance existing processes and procedures.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide training and support to team members on process management tools and methodologies.

Monitor and report on process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Evaluating functional capability and building deliverables (ie, process maps and workflows) into our client's enterprise architecture platform Ardoq.

Manage and optimise the use of Ardoq, to support business objectives.
