Lorien's leading Investment client is looking for a Junior Investment Analyst join our Policyholder Investment office team Asset Management function.

This role is based in London.

This role will be Via Umbrella.

Working in a Hybrid Model of 3 days a week on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of investment strategy, performance, portfolio construction and manager change as it relates to Policyholder Funds.
• Assist in stakeholder management to include representation at governance forums, committees and independent oversight bodies as required.
• Work with and support Head of Portfolio Management and wider team in delivering optimal policyholder outcomes across With Profits.
• Work with Asset Management colleagues on areas such Investment Strategy/Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) implementation, performance analysis, and integration of Sustainability and ESG.

Key Requirements

• Broad understanding of all investment management, investment operations, regulatory environment, evolution, policyholder outcomes and product types
• Knowledge of investment markets, investment strategy and fund management methodologies as they apply to With Profits
• Understanding of asset classes across equities, Fixed Income, and alternatives (illiquid) and their application
• Experience of interacting with stakeholders across multiple disciplines ie Actuarial, Finance, Operations and Risk.
• Some progress in a relevant professional qualification (or willingness to pursue) and/or applicable work experience.
• Experienced of working within Middle Office environments.
