Ivanti Architect

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Ivanti Architect on a remote basis for an initial 2 month contract.

Job Spec:

• To guide and lead client in how to implement changes and updates in the Ivanti ITSM to support the new organization, way of working and improve the service management.
• The client want to transform their way of delivering end user support services. We need an Ivanti Architect to support in how and what to implement in the tooling they have (Ivanti)
• Areas to transform
• Service Offering consolidation (Consilidate to a more limited set of attractive services, available in updated Service Catalogue in Ivanti)
• Global resolving group consolidation and reorganization (Move from Local/Regional to Centralized teams.
• Each team handling a part of the End User support being more specialized, solving tickets remotely. How to organize and how to change, what tools and updates are needed)
• Knowledge Base establishment (re-start) (How to get a knowledge base and processes in place, based on existing tooling etc
• The ServicePortal is called ServEss and is based upon Ivanti.
