Finance Transformation Manager

A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to drive key finance transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will be responsible for executing the evolution of financial processes, working closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, and procurement.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic projects, combining organisational, process, operational model, and system changes to enhance finance functions like accounting, controlling, and treasury. Your responsibilities will include identifying needs, defining strategy, overseeing project planning and execution, driving decision-making, and managing change across the organisation.

• Develop and contribute to the finance transformation strategy.
• Lead finance transformation projects, from identifying needs to solution design and implementation.
• Own project planning, execution, and outcomes while ensuring effective prioritisation.
• Gather and align business requirements across different teams and locations.
• Facilitate discussions among key stakeholders to achieve consensus.
• Drive key design decisions and oversee project integration across the company.
• Collaborate with IT and procurement to define the future digital landscape.
• Work with HR to align organisational changes with project goals.
• Report on project progress, risks, and key updates to senior finance leadership.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance transformation or project management within finance, either in-house or in a consulting role.
• Strong understanding of finance functions (accounting, controlling, treasury).
• Experience with business process design and optimisation, including end-to-end processes (eg, Lead-to-Cash).
• Familiarity with digital transformation and finance-related system implementations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams (internal staff and external partners).
