Senior WinOps Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior WinOps Engineer to join our client's dynamic technology team. You'll be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing secure virtual desktop environments and Azure cloud solutions in a high-performance enterprise environment.

Key Details:

• Location: Hybrid - 2 Days a week on-site in Green Park
• Duration: 6 months (Scope for Extension)
• Rate: Negotiable - Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix DaaS environments, ensuring high availability and security.
• Implement and manage Federated Authentication Service (FAS) to enable secure, seamless authentication for users.
• Manage and optimize Citrix StoreFront to provide a reliable and user-friendly access point for end-users.
• Maintain and configure Citrix ADC to ensure efficient load balancing and secure application delivery.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud environments with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Utilize PowerShell and Terraform to automate infrastructure tasks and drive operational efficiency.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal standards and policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Citrix DaaS, FAS, StoreFront, ADC, and core VDI concepts.
• Strong experience in Azure design, deployment, and ongoing management.
• Proven ability to automate processes using PowerShell and manage infrastructure through Terraform.
• Strong background in managing Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and on-premises environments.
• Experience with source control systems like Git or Mercurial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to document processes and engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
