• Strong Portfolio Leadership with Business Change focus, sigificant process improvement & effective, dynamic regulatory & C-Suite Reporting

• Strong Change Management focus, with experience in FS: Trading, Clearing, Exchanges
• Solid Governance approach with experience of both Waterfall & Agile methodologies and core platform transformations
