Build Engineer/Deployment Engineer, £185 per day inside IR35

Bench IT require an experienced Build Engineer/Deployment Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite in Leeds to assist in the staging and preparation of mobile devices.

Please note this role is working full time onsite in Leeds which is mandatory.

The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:

• Strong build/deployment engineer experience
• Experience working with mobile devices including iPhones & iPads
• Device staging and preparation for iPhones/iPads MobileIron/Intune/Apple Business Manager
  • Includes preparing both new starter and upgrade devices so that they are ready to use by end-users with Apps and data loaded and restored (where required)
• Ensure all builds are completed within deadlines and to a high standard
• Windows 10/11, Office 365 suite, Active Directory
• End user support calls on mobile devices
• Device project support for bulk upgrades
• Leavers Returns processes
• Mobile device inventory administration
• Mobile device and network cost optimisation with Delivery Partner (checking for unused services, decommissioning services)
• Device order management to Delivery Partner
• OS Update monitoring and associated user comms
• Support for general IT team in quiet periods
• Excellent communication skills
