Dates/Duration: 2 weeks: Saturday, 2nd August Sunday, 17th August 2025
Are you a recent theatre school leaver with a passion for working with young people, looking to gain some experience on film/TV sets? We are offering a few unpaid Camp Counsellor apprenticeships on our Residential Filmmaking & Screen Acting Summer Camp in August 2025. This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to the wellbeing and enjoyment of students while gaining valuable experience in a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in leading engaging activities and workshops that promote creativity and teamwork among students • Support filmmaking and acting sessions, assisting both students and staff in the creative process • Supervise students during non-class hours, ensuring their safety and well-being on site • Co-organising and participating in fun social and evening activities, including our Mystery Movie Night • Help with costume and set preparations, getting hands-on experience in a professional film environment • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging participation and interaction among students • Provide support and guidance to students, helping them navigate their camp experience • Gain valuable work experience in both filmmaking and camp operations
