Job Title: CRM Developer
Rate: €30-35 per hour
Duration: Contract
Location: Remote with occasional travel every few months

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer for a remote contract role with occasional travel every few months. This position requires strong expertise in specific CRM modules, including Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations. The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency in JavaScript, plugins, Power Platforms, and workflows, and the ability to interpret and implement user stories within Dynamics. A B1 or B2 language certificate in German or equivalent proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 modules.
• Customise and configure Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations to meet business requirements.
• Develop plugins and workflows using JavaScript and Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert user stories into functional solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between CRM systems and other applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM Developer with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Platforms, plugins, and workflows.
• Experience with Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations modules.
• Ability to interpret user stories and implement them effectively in Dynamics 365.
• B1 or B2 German language certification or equivalent German proficiency.
