Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant

Rate: €30-35 per hour
Duration: Contract
Location: Remote with occasional travel every few months

We are seeking an experienced CRM Functional Consultant for a remote contract role with occasional travel every few months. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations. Technical skills should include proficiency in Power Platform, workflows, and a strong understanding of standard CRM functionalities. The candidate must be capable of understanding customer requirements, translating them into user stories, and implementing solutions using standard features or customizations. A B1 or B2 language certificate in German or equivalent proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand customer requirements, creating user stories and translating them into functional solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, focusing on Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations.
• Utilize Power Platform and workflows to optimize CRM functionalities.
• Implement standard CRM solutions while applying customizations where necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, and Project Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and creating workflows.
• Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and implement solutions in the standard or through customizations.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and standard functionalities.
• B1 or B2 German language certification or equivalent German proficiency.
