We're hiring a Senior/Team Lead Blockchain Engineer for a leading crypto custodian focused on secure, scalable digital asset custody. This role is ideal for engineers with deep blockchain expertise and leadership ambitions.

• Lead the design and development of Java-based blockchain infrastructure.

• Architect secure and scalable wallet systems for institutional clients.

• Integrate with public blockchains (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, L2s, rollups).

• Drive technical strategy for institutional blockchain solutions.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

? 7+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in Java (Spring Framework).
? Proven experience working with public blockchain ecosystems.
? Deep knowledge of wallet infrastructure, cryptographic security, and key management.
? Experience leading engineering teams and making high-level architectural decisions.
? Strong background in financial services, DeFi, CeFi, or institutional crypto products.

This is a leadership role with direct impact on the institutional adoption of digital assets.
