Harris Global are currently on the lookout for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our Financial Service client on a permanent basis.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining the Azure cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role in a regulated environment, requiring deep expertise in Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and performance
• Implement Azure security features (RBAC, Azure AD, Key Vaults) and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates and PowerShell
• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Azure resources, providing technical support across the organisation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support Azure-hosted applications and DevOps pipelines

Skills:

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with a strong focus on Azure cloud solutions
• Financial services experience or experience in a regulated industry is highly desirable but not a must have
• Expertise in Azure networking, security and hybrid cloud environments
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
• Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500 (or equivalent experience)

This role requires shift work (early and late shifts) and occasional after hours monitoring.
