Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of the ETRM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Manage multiple projects, focusing on trading and risk management improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Utilise tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Power BI to monitor project progress.
• Align project objectives with business priorities across Front Office trading, risk, and technology teams.

Key Skills Required:

• 3-4 years of project management experience in financial services, banking, or energy trading.
• Familiarity with ETRM/CTRM systems.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude in a fast-paced environment.
