The Opportunity
A leading organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimise high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working on complex integrations, enhancing platform functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise ServiceNow applications and modules to align with business requirements.
Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure platform stability and performance by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform performance. Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, and workflows.
Hands-on expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Knowledge of API integrations, web services, and authentication methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise and enhance ServiceNow functionality.
ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
