Job Description: Test Lead

Join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the highest quality in our software testing processes. As a Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between execution, quality requirements, and the overall progress of quality maturity and stability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that stakeholders are aligned and the correct quality standards are achieved across squads.

• Act as the central point of contact for quality-related activities and ensure alignment of quality needs and requirements across teams.
• Collaborate with the Test Center of Excellence to standardize processes, tools, and ensure proper interpretation of quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement within squads and facilitate the implementation of improvements and stabilizations.
• Monitor and report progress on required improvements, ensuring visibility to IT Leads and other stakeholders.
• Share your knowledge with squads and connect them with the right people to enhance information flow and the learning process across teams.
• Report on quality maturity and define improvements in collaboration with IT Leads, ensuring a structured roadmap to address these improvements.
• Conduct regular check-ins with squads and align with IT leads to ensure the correct information is shared with the relevant stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with in-depth knowledge of software testing processes, tools, and best practices.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, working within Agile teams to implement test strategies.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to align stakeholders on quality needs and improvements.
• Proficiency with test automation and test management tools (eg, Selenium, JIRA, TOSCA, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively share knowledge and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement.
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategic planning and hands-on technical problem-solving.

• Extensive experience with test process improvement and driving quality-related activities in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide teams in quality assurance best practices.
• Experience working closely with IT leads and stakeholders to report on quality metrics and improvements.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance metrics and methodologies, including risk management, test execution, and reporting.
