- Proven Network Support Experience: Strong background in supporting enterprise-level networks, with valid technical certifications that demonstrate your proficiency in networking.
- Expertise in Cisco ACI: Extensive experience working with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) software-defined networks, including multi-site and multi-pod environments.
- Firewall Support: Proficient in supporting a variety of Firewalls including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, and AnyConnect Remote Access.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and resolving routing issues, with a deep understanding of protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Comprehensive Networking Knowledge: Solid grasp of networking protocols, such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
