Salesforce Developer/Lead

Whitehall Resources require a Salesforce Developer/Lead to work with a key client on an initial 6 month contract.

*This role will involve on site work in Warwickshire 2-3 days per week. (Rest of the week working remotely.)

*Inside IR35.

Salesforce Developer/Lead

Key responsibilities:
.Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
.Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
.Designing, developing, supporting, or re-engineering highly complex application solutions
.Designing, creating, managing, and updating complex data models, user interfaces, application security, business logic, and process automation.
.Recommending alternative approaches and best practices, defining technical impact, and providing sizing estimates.
.Performing testing activities.
.Defining, documenting, and reviewing solution information assets, eg design documents
.Performing Code Merging/Back Merging Activities across the Code Repositories

Key skills/knowledge/experience:
Overall 10+ years; Salesforce technical experience 10+ years
.As a Senior Developer, experience on leading and providing technical/analytical guidance
.The individual can manage application developers in designing, developing, and supporting application solutions.
.This grade includes senior level professionals with the experience and capability to effectively manage complex project activities and project change as well as deep subject matter expertise.
.Certification: PD1 is a must, with PD2 adds more value
.Understand Salesforce object model and relationship
.Experience in custom development such as LWC, Apex, Triggers, Batch process
.Experience in config development such as Flows, Layout business workflow
.Knowledge on Bit Bucket or any Version Control Tool
