Lead Piping Engineer - Chemical Industry

I am currently looking for a Lead Piping Engineer with mechanical engineering experience to work on a process plant expansion project in Emmen, Netherlands. The client has an immediate need for a Lead Piping Engineer to lead the design team to deliver successful expansion projects.
This role will involve a mix of site based working and visiting the design house in order to make sure the designs will work with the planned expansion. This role will suit a piping engineer with experience in any process plant industry (chemical/petrochem/oil & gas).
Lead Piping Engineer Specification:
START: Latest December (Interviews beginning of November)
LOCATION: Emmen, Netherlands
DURATION: 6 Month Contract
Piping Engineering experience (5-10+ years).
Process industry background (Chemical/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas).
Ability to review and approve designs made in PDMS, or other relevant plant design software.
Ability to perform site surveys, must come with VCA safety certificate.
Experience performing and checking piping support/stress calculations.
Experience working with other disciplinary engineers (mechanical/E&I/process) to deliver successful projects.
Dutch Speaking not essential, but very preferred.
The client is expanding two plants in the North East of Holland and require a lead piping engineer to support the projects. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role requires a Lead Piping Engineer who can liaise with the design and site-based teams to ensure timely project delivery. The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling to The Hague and staying there several nights per week.
