Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced S4HANA RAR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and possess strong customer-facing abilities. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4HANA RAR implementation, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end S4HANA RAR implementation projects.
Understand and analyze functional and non-functional requirements to drive test scenarios and cases.
Configure Revenue Accounting Items (RAI) and ensure compliance with IFRS15 regulations.
Integrate RAR with other SAP modules such as FI (Financial Accounting) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve data and functional issues related to RAR functionality.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP RAR solutions.
Conduct training sessions for teams on RAR processes and best practices.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and summary reports.

Qualifications:
Project experience (at least 2 to 3) in SAP RAR implementation, support, and testing.
Strong consulting experience in SAP RAR/FICO.
SD RR to RAR Migration experience is plus
Expertise in configuring Revenue Accounting Items and understanding IFRS15 regulations.
Experience with SAP S4HANA and integration with other SAP modules.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP Activate and Agile methodology is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of BRF+ allocation structure and format.
Experience in preparing documents and summary reports.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (eg, IFRS 15, ASC 606).
