Engineering Data Lead

Location:Barrow in Furness (2 days p/w on site)

Salary: £50,000 - £63,000 (depending on experience) + excellent Benefits.

Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of TDP Engineers, assigning work packages, developing talent, and driving excellence through goal setting and personal development.
Own the Data: Establish, maintain, and enforce configuration control of existing and new data, ensuring compliance with industry standards (eg, BS 8888) and contractual requirements.
Drive Technical Excellence: Deliver high-quality technical documentation, including drawings, models, and other outputs, in accordance with industry best practices and business configuration management processes.
Ensure Quality & Precision: Guarantee that all TDP outputs meet strict quality standards by applying correct drawing disciplines, best modelling methods, and ensuring CAD/PLM metadata is accurate and optimized for manufacturing.
