SAP HCM Consultant - Fully Remote in Germany or Switzerland - Permanent Opportunity

I am currently supporting a global leader in SAP HR/Payroll and S/4HANA solutions, specializing in delivering cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises HR/Payroll systems for large multinational corporations and public sector organizations. They are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
. Analyze, consult, and design complex HR landscapes.
. Perform technical implementation and customization in SAP HCM modules.
. Optimize and digitize HR processes in collaboration with clients.
. Support the acquisition of new projects and clients through pre-sales activities.
. Manage both partial and full-scale projects.

Experience Required:
.Several years of experience in SAP HCM design and implementation.
.Hands-on customizing experience in PA, PY, OM, and/or PT modules.
.Strong commitment, team-oriented mindset, and problem-solving skills.
.Excellent communication skills with fluent German and good English proficiency.
.Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
