A Microsoft Gold Partner that specialises in migrating customers from Legacy and on-prem solutions into the cloud on the Azure/O365 platform is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (Azure/O365/Exchange/W10)

As a Senior Support Engineer (Azure/O365/Exchange/W10) you will have supported the following:

  • Azure environments - Administration of Servers
  • Networking - troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting/Root cause analysis
  • Documentation
  • Exchange Support - Ideal not a must
  • Understanding of O365 - Ideal not a must

Your day to day as a Senior Support Engineer (Azure/O365/Exchange/W10) will be supporting external customers on a range of support calls at both desktop and server level, including issues with O365 and Windows Servers.
